**Open to the public every Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday, and all holidays, from 9AM – 6PM. School Groups, by reservation only.**

Prepare yourself for a new experience in apple picking. Apple Ridge Orchards features well-manicured trees, spectacular views, and tasty apple varieties – home to more than 20 varieties of pick-your-own apples. Educational fun with dwarf trees even little ones can reach.

Welcome to Apple Ridge Orchards the most scenic and rustic Pick Your Own apple orchard, pumpkin patch, and peach orchard throughout the Hudson and Warwick Valley–home to more than 20 varieties of pick-your-own apples and just 50 miles from New York City.

From July to November, we offer schools, families, friends and visitors an opportunity to enjoy breathtaking scenery as you walk through majestic orchards and manicured fields to pick your favorite peaches, apples and pumpkins. Pet and feed a variety of friendly farm animals. Hand fed since babies; they view you as family and look forward to your visit.

Visit our farm stand and enjoy fresh pressed apple cider, homemade apple cider donuts, delicious mixes, apple butter, preserves, jellies, sauces, Amish kettle and popping corns, and lots of other treats all while enjoying the spectacular views. View our honey bee observation hive and purchase our 100% orchard produced raw honey from the hardest working bees in NYS.

Apple Picking Cost: $3 per person General Admission (Age 2 and over), includes free parking and entrance to the farm. $30 for each ½ bushel of apples picked which includes a free PYO bag. Experience a genuine and wonderful time at our beautiful farm with your friends and family!

Welcome School Groups and Other Organizations!

Apple Ridge Orchards Welcomes Groups School Groups and other organizations are welcome to pick-your-own apples, (subject to supply availability) and our pumpkin patch. Reservations are required for groups of 20 or more, from 9:30AM to 4:30PM, Mondays through Sundays.

School Group info: PYO apples: cost per person $14.00 includes hayride, animal feed, cup of cider and a donut. Admission is FREE and Parking is FREE. Apple bags included FREE. Experience a genuine and wonderful time in our beautiful orchards with your group members!

2020 Farm Market and Pick Your Own Guidelines

Apple Ridge Orchards has implemented the following guidelines and COVID-19 enhanced safety protocols for the 2020 pick-your-own season. The CDC, FDA and USDA have no reports at this time of human illnesses that suggest coronavirus can be transmitted by food or food packaging. Subject to adjustment as we follow the most current guidance of the NYS, DOH, and CDC guidelines. Any customers not following the guidelines will be asked to leave the premises immediately without a refund!

Please know we have developed these guidelines to ensure all our wonderful guests a safe and enjoyable farm experience! We invite you not just to our farm but into our home and are grateful for each and every one of our guests!

We urge each customer to check our Facebook Page and/or voicemail for all important announcements. You can even click our new “text us” button found on our website to chat directly.
We will have trained farm staff working the entire event wearing face coverings, adhering to social distancing guidelines, and strictly enforcing all operational and safety protocols.
NO PETS WILL BE ALLOWED THIS YEAR.
When arriving at the farm you will be directed to a designated parking area.
We ask that people arriving in the same vehicle stay together. When approaching other customers please always observe a social distance of six feet.
Face coverings are required.
Farm staff will greet you at the farm entrance and ask you to please utilize our hand washing sinks and/or sanitizing stations, as well as, direct you where to purchase your apple bags and/or pumpkin tickets.
All apple bags and pumpkin tickets will be sold only at the outside pop-up-tents in the orchard to allow for social distancing.
Sampling of fruit is prohibited.
The friendly farm animal petting zoo is open. No hayrides, horse rides, or corn field will be available at this time. As always, once you have completed your time with the animals please utilize our hand washing sinks and/or sanitizing stations.
Once you have completed your farm experience, please again utilize our hand washing sinks and/or sanitizing stations prior to entering the farm market.
The inside farm market is now organized as a giant one-way circle with all registers located outside under the overhang to ensure proper safety and social distancing. Farm staff will be strategically located to assist.
Our famous homemade Apple Cider Donuts will be packaged and served in containers by us and available in the farm market.
Outside items such as bags, backpacks, etc. AND outside food, beverages, and picnics will not be allowed. Strollers are allowed.
All visitors will leave the farm at our exit located adjacent to the entrance by the green barn.
Farm personnel will be monitoring the situation closely to ensure you have a FARMTASTIC experience! See you on the farm!
